The Sugar Shack and Maple Sweets Shop will be open weekends starting Saturday February 4th, 2012 from 10:00am-3:00pm most days, weather permitting Rick will be boiling sap during those hours so you can watch the process and then browse the shop for your favorite maple syrup!
